Robert L. Lamb, age 72, of Stuart, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2026.
Born on November 10, 1953, in Nicholas County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Clarence and Gladys Lamb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Christianson, and his step-daughter, Gloria Diehl.
Robert proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He was known for his love of reading, his ability to work on and repair vehicles, and his willingness to lend a helping hand to those in his community. He had a generous spirit and a steady presence that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Linda; his son, Eddie (Renee) Jones; his grandchildren, Marissa (Conner) Robinson and Zachary (Alyssa) Diehl; his great-grandchildren, Jayla Robinson and Celek Diehl; his siblings, Pat Drennen, Wilma Pendleton, and Jeff Pendleton; as well as many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A memorial service will be held in Stuart, Virginia at the Rotary Hall, with the date to be announced by the family at a later time. Robert will be laid to rest at Washington Crossing National Cemetery located in Bucks county, PA.
